Service Description

This allows for serious fitness enthusiasts to train in a coached environment regularly while getting the opportunity to meet and train with like-minded people. If the idea of a big gym with lots of people isn’t something you’re into, but you like the idea of training in a group setting: this is for you. Smaller group sizes allow for more individual attention than a class environment so you can get the most out of your training session and learn a lot with the time options and flexibility of a class schedule.
