Aerobic benefits
Aerobic workouts strengthen the heart and lungs, improve blood circulation, and increase oxygen supply to muscles. Regular aerobic exercise can reduce the risk of heart disease, lower blood pressure, and help in weight management. It's an effective way to boost overall health and energy levels.

Build Strength
Strength training, such as weightlifting, offers key health benefits. It builds muscle strength, enhances bone density, and boosts metabolism. This form of exercise also improves posture, reduces injury risk, and aids in fat loss. By strengthening muscles and joints, it enhances balance and coordination, contributing to overall physical wellness and longevity.

Skill & Mobility
Creating a foundation of of moving well and appropriately progressing skills are fundamental to long term success within the gym.
Reducing limitations in mobility through loaded stretching, coordination and balance work reduces the risk of injury and makes us all round better athletes. Handstands, pistols, clean and jerks to name but a few cool skills we focus on in class.
