Summer Party

Prepare yourself for a day of serious challenges, not so serious games and most importatnly craic! 

We will start the day with 3 workouts for the adults; a trest of strength, power and crossfittyness. This will be run in heats and you will be judged by your fellow competitors - to keep it clean ;) There will be an award for the Crossfittiest of the day so bring that winning attitude :) 

This will be followed by food and a mini prize-giving with games after while you rehydrate with some summer spritzy drinky things.

If the weather is shite (its not meant to be bad but not stunning either) we will chill out in the gym. 

Optional pints in the Merry Ploughboy if the buzz is still going after woo. 

If you are ameenable to bringin some salads or delicious food things that would be warmly welcome.
