Consultation

This is a consultation if you're new to fitness, personal training or to Project Fit, an initial assessment of what you want to achieve, your current health and fitness and habits, ensuring a strong start to joining Project Fit!

Consultation +
PT Sessions

This is for you if you want to get started straight away. This package includes a full consultation plus X amount of one to one PT sessions, valid for X weeks.
